Normal problem with the Cobalt Webalizer PKGs.

Yes, it is the cobalt logrotation system that does. It is however not a good
idea to disable the logrotation system, as your system would then quickly
use up very much disk space just for storing logfiles.

We use a special Webalizer version 2.0 PKG. We have spent much time finding
out about (and working around) Cobalt limitations (for example the 10% of
quota limitation, and the various RaQ4 weirdness).
