Oddly, you don't , at least with the newer versions, if it can't find a
local file, it will try a domain name, tho this can have somewhat
interesting side effects, (make an empty file named like a domain name
and lynx will be baffeled-) it also seems to get confused by file
extensions it doesn't understand this way, sigh
why does everyone think copying ie is a good thing -/
