Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Jon,
Dan and others have spoken correctly here. Let me give the example from the
fmail.pl script I use.
Wherever an e-mail input box is defined in a form on a page, that input box
has to be called:
<INPUT TYPE=TEXT NAME="username" VALUE="" SIZE=N MAXLENGTH=N> (N=whatever
size you wish)
The important thing here is the NAME="username". In this fmail script,
username is a trigger that places the fillerouterperson's (tm)...:) e-mail
in the reply to box when you get the form's output in your e-mail. If I
just name the e-mail form field "e-mail", then the message comes to me from
"nobody". Remember this doesn't help you in your quest to reply to someone
if they've input their own e-mail incorrectly...*grin...happens all the time.
so this is script driven, not server stuff. Look in your script for some
such "requirements"
HTH,
Diana
