[cobalt-users] Stupid RaQ4 mail question



Hi all,

I searched the archives, but I really do not know what to search for on this one.

Originally we had a RaQ3 server which was www.ourserver.com. We upgraded it to a RaQ4 server and the colocation company made the main admin site www2.ourserver.com. Now our mail for admin (alerts etc) does not get forwarded to me automatically. I now have to login to the server with my mail client using admin and the admin password to get the email for admin. What could be wrong here. Any thoughts?

	Any help is, as usual, greatly appreciated.

Oh, as a side note, we were not hacked at all yet :). Our colocation center takes a very proactive stance on hackers and security. They, for free, made sure that our machine along with the other few hundred machines installed at their facility were as safe as possible. As well, they make sure that we are kept abreast of all the latest security info that is out there. We are extremely impressed and satisfied with their server. I know that a lot of questions have been asked lately about who is a good service provider. I would recommend our people any day. If anyone has any questions about our colocation providers, please contact me off line. I don't want to get blamed for spamming on this list, even though it is honest praise and all that.
