[cobalt-users] CacheRAQ4 incomplete pages

We're running a CacheRAQ4 using WCCP.  We've finally got
WCCP running and the cache appears to be working.  However,
the users get lots of incomplete pages.  The cache is
deployed in a dial pop with about 800 modems and three T1's
for backhaul.  We are redirecting all three T1's using WCCP
to the cache.  Could this be the problem?  We're running
other vendors caches in the exact same scenario in other
POP's using WCCP 2.0 without trouble.
