[cobalt-users] forwarding mail

hi,
I have found some users of my Raq4 (and domains) have mails that are not
delivered to them(they did not connect to retrieve those mails). I wish I
could forward the mails from my /home/spool/mail/usermailfile to the users
personal email account(like somename@xxxxxxxxx or @aol.com etc...)
Is there any way to do it without downloading it myself and forward it one
by one.
I wish I could do it while I am connect to the server via Telnet.

If someone knows the command to do it, please let me know.
