You are entirely correct on a legal view, Dan. However, my point to the
original poster was that he/she couldn't decisively conclude that Sun
doesn't care based on not seeing changes quickly enough. I meant that
without inside information, the "casual onlooker" and even the Prudent
Administrator cannot fathom whether Sun is doing nothing or working very
hard to fix things.
