[cobalt-users] GUI Confused by FrontPage?

1) I added a site in using the GUI (RAQ3)
2) Added FrontPage Extensions
3) When I tried to upload it wouldn't let me.
4) So I deleted (via GUI) the site's DNS & Virtual Site Listing
5) I re-added the Virtual site & DNS via the GUI (Frnt Pge enabled)
6) When I tried to add the user & password it said that it can't
  create a FrontPage Web for the site
7) So I clicked on the "Site Settings" but to verify that the site
  indeed had FP enabled, and it was.
8) I went back to the user list and it created the user with the
  FrontPage icon.
9) Still no luck uploading.  FTP works, but Publishing via FP doesn't

I have other sites on my Raq that are FrontPage enabled and they
work great.  ANY IDEAS????  ANY HELP????  I REALLY APPRECIATE IT!
I am sort of new at running my server.
