[cobalt-users] Runaway RAQ3!!!!!! -- Server will not reboot

Ok, I am fairly new to linux and may not be doing this properly. We have a
RAQ 3 that will not rebooot. I tried to reboot the server from within the
admin interface and everything LOOKED fine. I later found out that the chat
server we are running didnt experience any outages. So today I SSH'd in and
did "init 6" and nothing happened. I also tried "shudown -r now" and
received a broadcast message saying it would shutdown but didn't. Our
clients cannot log into the mail server to check their mail (neither can we)
and we think we fixed the problem and would like to reboot but can't figure
out how. Any thoughts? We do not have physical access to the box to cycle
the power so that is not an option.
