If you're sure the mx record is correct, than it's got nothing to do
with the email.

In fact it's got little to do with the email anyway, except to make sure
the email reaches the computer it's supposed to reach.  You set mx to
any domain hosted on your server; it will NOT affect email.

If you'd give us the real domain name, we could look at it using several
tools (such as telnet) to attempt to connect to your mailserver.

I'd look at /etc/virtusertable and /etc/aliases.

Generally I do NOT use the "main" domain on the RaQ, so I don't know if
it writes those users into /etc/virtusertable or not.

Nameservers actually work from memory, so as long as you had all the DNS
tables fixed before you clicked on "save changes" you'd be alright.  But
I don't see this helping you; it's rather a shotgun approach with the
shotgun aimed not at the burglar but at an innocent bystander.

What's the real domain name?  What IP# are you using for it?
