Hey Geoff,
I installed MySQl, PHP and Apache using these instructions for the RAQ2.

Although I don't recommend recompiling the Apache binary part. It voids your
warranty and blah, blah, blah. Instead you could install PHP as a DSO. There
are plenty of directions on how to do this in the mailing list archives. You
can find those on the same place where you subscribe to the mailing list.
