On the RaQ4, this is correct.

That's because this isn't correct.

This is the correct way to do it, but in the site's settings you also have
to add "mydomain.com" in the Email Aliases field (right under the Web Alias
field - I think it's the 4th one down?). Did you remember to do that?
Go back into mydomain.com, click on "Site Settings", and you'll see what I
mean.
