[cobalt-users] Password Checker for RaQ Users

Greets!

The other day (or so I think) - I thought I came across a post where someone 
described a program (they had installed) that checked users passwords to 
make sure the passwords weren't something too simple (e.g., bob1). If the 
program cracked the password and gained access to the account, it emailed 
the user and asked them to tighten their security (or something like that). 
It did a few other things that sounded of value, but I can *not* find that 
post to save my life... (#$*&!) Does anyone know of this program (its name) 
and or remember that post..(?) I'm interested in tracking down that program 
and torturing my users with it and tightening security at the same time...
