Michael,

Forgive the bluntness, but you can't be Technical Operations Manager of
a brown paper bag if you don't learn the basics on your own.

Lesson 1: Read the documentation, read some books, SEARCH THE LIST
ARCHIVES FOR PREVIOUS ANSWERS (hint), read other lists' archives. Do
this on your own, before you ask anyone.

Lesson 2: This list and others will help you to answer those questions
YOU COULDN'T DO ON YOUR OWN.

Lesson 3: No one is going to teach you to run a system for free. It's
not our job. I spent $400 on books and two solid months of reading to
set up my server the first time, *after* reading 12,000 messages on this
list. What effort have *you* put in?

Learn something, then come back. (And then we'll happily help you.)

Read the list archives, read the FAQ, read some books, read the man
pages, try some stuff on your own.

Did I mention you should do some reading?
