i found this in my syslog report today:
>Feb 23 04:03:18 www syslogd 1.3-3: restart.
>Feb 23 04:03:54 www syslogd 1.3-3: restart.
i didn't restart this. is there a cron script that would have done this
automatically? i'm puzzled why it shows up twice like that.
