[cobalt-users] mysql bug on raq4

Hello all,

quick question has anyone had problems with , what appears to be,
corruptio of data on a RAQ4 when running multiple persistent connections
to mysql,
just had a weird problem where two different users on different machines
were recording address type info and one records data was superimposed
onto the other records feilds.
ie one persons adress being entered elsewhere also ended up as the data
recorded by the concurrent user.
Whilst on the topic,
What is the best transactional database to run which can handle 50+
concurrent persistent connection,
and maintain data integrity as well as performance.
I have seen discussions saying mySQL has rapidly decreasing performance
at a certain level.
I have not tried PostgreSQL, but discussed its performance gains under
heavy load as opposed to mysql.
All opinions welcome.
