you can buy Polyserve... it is a load balancing/failover commercial software
product...  you can also have a redundand NFS server using RAID that you
have the servers use for email/www/etc... mount the NFS box from one server
and have sofware like mon or heartbeat running on the other box to mount up
the NFS partition if the first box goes down...  Use FAKE to setup an IP
takeover and you're up and running...
