[cobalt-users] ProFTP update

Hi list,

After carefully monitoring our server logs over the past few days I've now
decided its time to update ProFTP. :)  The problem, I've never installed
RPMs before (I usually install from source) and to do this I was planning on
using the RPMs supplied by Cobalt.   Can someone tell me what I need to do
in order to install and get this RPM working correctly on our RAQ3?:

ftp://ftp.cobaltnet.com/pub/experimental/RPMS/i386/proftpd-1.2.0rc3-C1.i386.
rpm
