[cobalt-users] Errors sending mail to external mail server

Hi all,
On a RAQ3, when we setup sites that use their own email server (e.g., MS
Exchange, etc) where there's a DNS "A record" that points to the customer's
mail server, the customer receives mail ok. But when WE send mail through
the RAQ3 to that customer, it comes back as rejected; "Server Respone:'550
<username@xxxxxxxxxxx>...User unknown"

Only if we send the message using the format "username@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx",
where smtp.website.com is the "A record" that points to the customer's
Exchange server.  Again, this only applies to the sender if they are sending
through the same Cobalt RAQ that the site sits on.

Is this a feature, bug or incorrect configuration?
