[cobalt-users] CD restore does not work

Hi again,

just as usual: I have a problem I try to fix for days (2 in that case)
and I cannot find a solution. Then I ask someone (this mailing list in that
case)
and minutes later I find the solution myself. This happens very often. I
wonder
if I am the only one having this problem.

Anyway, I now know why I cannot restore this Raq3 with the OS Restore CD I
used
before for the Raq2 I have: there is NOT one OS Restore CD for all Cobalts,
but
there are MANY of them available. And mine is for Qube/Qube2/RaQ/RaQ2.
That is for all MIPS based machines, whereas the Raq3 is non-MIPS.

Sorry to bother you all for my mistake. Maybe someone else with the
same problem will find this hint useful. But I guess everyone else
knew this already...
