Hi Weihan
Take a look at the form and see if it is trying to save a file somewhere
outside of the FrontPage web. Typically, the results (if they are indeed
saved on the server) are saved in _private/form_results.txt or whatever the
filename is). If you don't want to modify their form, you could create one
of your own and use FrontPage to place it on the server and see if it works
OK. On the other hand, if they want you to actually fix it for them, you
could just modify their non-working form to get it going.
