Man, not even three years ago I still had to deal with the same !%#@$!!.
I understand how you feel.

Is this customer coming in off a dial-up pool or a fixed address?

What level of Clue does this person have (so we can explore ways to get
around the problem if we can't properly fix it)?

Does anyone know of a kludge Chris can use?
