The CD costs $99 from cobalt.

you boot a PC from the CD, You connect the PC and RAQ together
with a network crossover cable. After the PC has booted from the
CD you reboot the RAQ while holding the "S" button on the RAQ
you will then get BOOT options, choose boot from network.

The RAQ will then boot from the PC that has the RESTORE CD in it.

Then just follow the prompts on the LCD and restore the RAQ.

Then install all the patches!!!

Easy as can be..

I would be grateful if somebody could explain me how to rebuild the RAQ3 
from scratch.

Apparently I need a recovery CD-ROM which I don't have.

Could somebody explain me how to get it and also how to get the CD on the 
machine. As far as I see it, I can't plug anything to it no CD drive, no 
nothing.
