I DO have ssh, it won't work either, I enabled telnet to try it!

Now can I am trying to get in via the console serial port RaQ2
But I can't seem to communicate.
I am using minicom, 115.2 KB 8N1 hardware handshake, but I get nothing!
I did the trick with the admin reset button and made sure "Console ON"
but the son-of-a gun still will not work.
Any, clues as to how I  can get the port working?
