Not sendmail in this case, but qpopper. The server does receive mail for
him, but he can't *check* it because qpopper can't figure out the name
for that IP address via reverse lookup.
Honestly, Chris, your customer needs a new ISP. It's not your fault, and
this is one of the few security checks that qpopper does so it shouldn't
be disabled.
