You sound like an American <wry grin>. We Americans love to sue. Go
ahead. Anyone can sue anyone in the good old U.S.A. All you have to do
is find a lawyer willing to take the case, and hope they (Cobalt/Sun)
don't get a better one.
While I'm not a lawywer, I'm quite sure you're not going to collect.
