[cobalt-users] Immutable Files

I was trying to update BIND and couldn't.  I then discovered that the files in /usr/sbin that BIND needed to replace were immutable.  Should these files be immutable?  I am fixing the problem to update BIND, but should I make them immutable when I am done upgrading BIND?
