I believe you could use "cover your butt" not only as a descriptive
phrase, but also as an operational mode.
Just tried what I thought was perfectly logical...searched the
dim-bulb knowledge base for the keyword RAQ4 (seems to make sense, since
Cobalt sells one)....Ho...they have no entries for the specific product
header.
Undaunted, I tried RAQ ... and saw that there is an ALL and RAQ Family
sub-catagory.
But, as one would expect, if you use a keyword of ALL, well, you ger a LOT
of stuff.
Seems like Cobalt needs to send someone to Library Skills 101, or
Database 101.
It is SO VERY FRUSTRATING trying to find information in a logical manner
in the KB.
