[cobalt-users] A new angle on Email Aliases

Hi Gurus,
I have an easy one for you with regard to Email Aliases:

I have a number of accounts setup with various email aliases, some with a number of aliases.
When an email is received, with either  "the_alias@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx"  or  "the_account@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx"  in the TO address field it works super fine and dandy.
However if the same addresses are used in a CC field, it fails to work, and the "catch-all-the-rest" alias ends up with the mail.

Any Ideas?  -far short of implementing it with procmail and abandoning the GUI system all together?
