Yes - write them by hand in a plain-text editor (like Ultra-Edit32... which
will allow you to hit a browser button and immediately see what your changes
look like).
Or at the very least, in Homesite - so you're still writing them by hand but
you can have the preview window open to see what you're changing as you do
it (and you can even add stuff in the preview window like you do with FP).
