The parent IP block of address (212.67.200.0 - 212.67.200.255) belong to:
inetnum: 212.67.200.0 - 212.67.200.255
netname: WEBFUSION
descr: Webfusion Internet Solutions Limited
descr: Nottingham
country: GB
admin-c: JB3558-RIPE
tech-c: JAD11-RIPE
rev-srv: ns.webfusion.co.uk
rev-srv: ns2.webfusion.co.uk

Unless they delegate the IP addresses to you under the rules of RFC2317 they
will always resolve to the owner.
And, I think the smallest sub-net that can be delegated if /30 which is 4 IP
addresses;
0 is the network address
1 is available
2 is available
3 is the broadcast address.
I did some more checking and your reverse is working, so someone must have done
the work OK.
Query for 130.200.67.212.in-addr.arpa type=255 class=1
130.200.67.212.in-addr.arpa PTR (Pointer) ns.deeperblue.net
200.67.212.in-addr.arpa NS (Nameserver) ns.webfusion.co.uk
200.67.212.in-addr.arpa NS (Nameserver) ns2.webfusion.co.uk
ns.webfusion.co.uk A (Address) 212.67.202.1
ns2.webfusion.co.uk A (Address) 212.67.203.240
Also go to http://www.his.com/cgi-bin/nslookup and enter your IP
You will get:
Name: ns.deeperblue.net
Address: 212.67.200.130
Try it!
