That's an interesting one to block since it should only be scanning on the
@Home network for customers running servers.
Perhaps one of the sysadmins is running their server on their home cable
hookup?
A lot of the other 24.x.x.x are @Home customers and should be reported to
abuse@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
