[cobalt-users] siteList.cgi work again

at last i found the problem with my problem, actualy the siteList.cgi
not working properly because the posgrest have fail to reload, somehow
the log file is erase and i make manually the log file and i reload, and
everythin normal again, my siteList.cgi work again

this post for people maybe have same problem with me
