[cobalt-users] Lost mail

I had a user who was having problems accessing his mail account on my raq3.
I changed his password, helped him with his client (outlook) setup, he still
could not get his mail.
I then set up an account on my outlook to try for his mail. I started
getting 160 mails, so I cancelled. I had set up the outlook account to leave
messages on the server so I would not end up with his mail.
Eventually he gave up trying to get mail, so I changed his password and
tried myself. There were no mails in his account. I have no idea where they
went, I didn't get them and neither did he.
There were a load of messages in the mail log to show he was refused login.
I have pasted some of the log below the sig line.
Can anyone shed light on the problem?
