Our RAQ 3i's DNS service failed so we began looking at the box and then
discovered that we could not telnet into the box as admin. We were able to
get in via SSH until we restarted the box now it also indicates "incorrect
login". We are able to login via the web interface but are not sure what to
do next at this point.
Not sure if we have been compromised or if the box is just experiencing some
problem. Any help and suggestions on where to start would be appreciated. We
have already called Cobalt but thought the list may yield a better response
as they could not provide an estimate of when they could look at it.
