Higuess we misunderstood manually - we did remove them through the interface but didn't check virtusertable to make sure they had gone.... this hasn't happened for every domain that we removed catch-alls from - just a few....
anyone know how safe to remove stuff from virtusertable above the custom line (or alter stuff) - and then just run
