[cobalt-users] os upgrade 4

Hi

we installed OS upgrade 4 and now have a virtuserstable full of no such 
user after a catch-all thats been created and no one can add admin or a 
catc-all etc as an alias as one has been created for each site - we did 
follow instructions about ensuring these didn't exist but doesn't seem to 
have helped -

any one know of a fix?
