Thanks Dan, that came in handy.

I took some time and wrote a small script that will download the list,
parse the html file and insert the spammer sites into /etc/mail/access
(effectively blocking mail from these domains as long as it is listed on
the URL above).

Works fine, but I'd like to have it 'peer-reviewed' before I throw it out
to the crowds. Any interested 'beta-testers' out there?
