[cobalt-users] phpMyAdmin

I know that alot of people use phpMyAdmin, that is why I am asking this
question here. I have it set up so that when a user connects to
phpMyAdmin, they only see their own database. But we allow telnet on the
server, and with any username and password, it is very easy to navigate
to the directory where phpMyAdmin is stored, and view the root password
in config.inc.php3. Is there a better solution than hiding this file
(besides not allowing telnet)?
Thanks in advance for any advice.
