Correct: I get a timeout. It is not caused by a faulty DNS config because:
- I telnet to the IP address directly (10.1.9.94, it sits next to my PC on
my desk on the same network segment on the LAN)
- I do not make a typo because I select a config from Putty (my telnet/ssh
client)
the service just does not respond. It does after a restart. I can reproduce
this.
