[cobalt-users] additional server admins for Raq4?

i want to set up additional server administrators so that they can set up
and administer domains on their own.  basically i want to be able to offer
to web designers a block of space that they could resell virtual web sites
on as if they were the actual host.  has anyone done this?  how does it work
out?  what settings did you have to use?
