Somebody - almost certainly a spammer - is attempting to send mail to
one of your users, from mail.nizzy.ne.jp, which is almost certainly an
open relay, and sendmail is rejecting it on account of the from address
being an obvious forgery.

You? A newbie?

Talking of spam, what is it with catch-alls? Who wants it?
We bounce between 200 and 500 emails a day addressed to
unknown users.
