+A wishlist is just that, a wishlist. I imagine they don't implement
+things in the wishlist unless the demand is overwhelming or someone
+important decides s/he likes it <smile>.

Come on Jeff, these aren't fantasy wishes like I wish McDonald's would
have a 20 for a buck Big Mac sale...
These are basic features that would make the Raq more Web Hosting friendly
and cut both list traffic and their support costs. As far as the
'someone important' point, well maybe a whole bunch of Cobalt 'someone
importants' need to find new jobs and be replaced by MANAGEMENT THAT
LISTENS AND COMMUNICATES WITH IT'S CUSTOMERS/USERS/BUYERS OF ITS PRODUCTS!
Read some articles from UpSide and FastCompany to find out what happens
to tech execs who don't think it's important to listen to customers.
Cobalt/Sun has an extremely bad case of "the emperor's new clothes".
No one seems to want to admit that Cobalt's buck naked.
The Raq1 was developed for ISP/Webhosting operations. I still have the
Raq1 product pdf and it goes on and on about how this was the market target
for the Raq and how it would make life oh so grand for ISP operations.
They only listen to the jumbo ISP's who order 1000 at a time. One in
particular here in Dallas orders 100's of Raqs and kills the GUI completely
for their customers. So that type of customer doesn't need these features
but
where does that leave us little guys? Screwed.
They pay big fat dollars for professional market and user surveys that
really never ask:
1. What do YOUR web hosting customers want?
2. As an ISP/IPP what do YOU want?
