when i try to edit a password for a user on my RaQ4r's main domain
(netastic.net) i get the following error message: "A root web must first be
enabled in the site settings table". this seems to only happen when i try
to change a user's password who was set up on the server within the first
day or so of operation. all new users set up afterwards can be edited
without a problem. the only thing i can think of that might have caused
this is that the "web server alias" field was blank when
4webhostingspace.com set it up for me. later i found that i needed to put
my domain name there. sometime after this i noticed the problem. i also
host about 30 other virtual domains on this server. all of these users are
editable without a problem. does anyone know what causes this problem. if
it requires telnet to fix go easy on me, i have only done half a dozen
telnet sessions so far and my "Linux in a Nutshell" book has not arrived
yet.
