You guys really don't know do you?  Here's is a pic of an old box.

It used a "Power one" power supply, A "Switchcraft" Selection switch,  I
don't remember who made the meters or the headphone amp but there are also
about 26 bnc's and 26 Rca's on the back plus power and the qc ladies never
wore it out.  It was replaced with an automatic system from germany....  But
it took longer to get a dozen of those switches then it did to Draw, order,
and anodize the front plate and the box itself was a standard box that we
used...
This stuff is old hat..
