Did you register the name servers,
They do answer for cheaphostonline.net,
but give Non-authoritative answer.
And, why do you have the nameservers
listed twice in the zone?

There is no 'A' record for cheaphostonline.net
nor www.cheaphostonline.net

Make an 'A' record for those two, and
make an MX record or two if you expect to
perform mail services.
