I think there are two RaQ4 OS Restore CDs: one with RAID and one
without, but I don't know if you can use the "with-RAID-version" on a
non-RAID-RaQ...

I own a RaQ 4i now for quite some time, and I'd like to place an extra
harddisk in it. That's not a problem, but I was wondering if I could
use the
RAID technology then also on the 4i? Is my RaQ then technically equal
to the
4r, or does the 4r have an additional hardware RAID controller?

Also, if it only has to do something with the software, can I order
the 4r
OS Restore CD from Cobalt, en then install it on my RaQ so that it has
the
4r software including the RAID options? Or are there factors that I'm
missing here?

Finally, if this isn't possible, has anyone experiences with placing
an an
extra harddisk ánd a PCI RAID controller in a RaQ 4i?
