I've been searching for an answer to this problem with no luck whatsoever.
The problem is with the Site Usage stats in the siteadmin control panel; the
"Period Covered" only goes back 24 hours (give or take a few minutes). This
is the case for all of the virtual sites on the RaQ (it's a RaQ4r, by the
way, with all the latest updates/patches). It also seems to be the case for
the main admin site usage chart. If I go to a /home/sites/sitex/logs
directory and look at the logs they contain data which goes back weeks or
months, so I know the data is there, it's just not being included in the
usage report.
I've searched the list archives for an answer, and the only thing I could
find is someone suggested that increasing the disk space allotment for a
particular virtual site might fix the problem. This isn't an issue in my
case; virtual sites have anywhere from 50 to 200 megabytes of allotment on
my server, and regardless of how much allotted space, how much free space,
or how many visitors-per-day the site gets, all of the sites show a Period
Covered for only the previous 24 hours. I also looked at the /etc/analog.cfg
file from a RaQ that is working correctly and compared it to mine, and the
cfg files were identical.
Can anybody help me solve this problem? Thanks in advance.
