[cobalt-users] HTTP 500 Error caused by XML::Parser, help?

Found out what is causing the problem.
XML::Parser is damaged on my RaQ3.
Does anyone know how I can get round this, uninstall? or reinstall of Perl.
I have extracted 3 messages from my mail box:
