[cobalt-users] SOA Default Setting Override

I have a Raq3 and I was wondering if anyone knows where the Raq3 Default
SOA settings are stored.  I would like to override them so that when
someone creates a dns entry it has the Retry and Expiration intervals we
run on our network automatically in the record.  Thanks for responses in
